Pick a time. I’ll be there.

No assistant. No intake form. Just me.

Speaking, consulting, or a straight conversation about what isn’t working — all three start the same way. Grab a time below. You’ll be talking to me, not to somebody whose job is to qualify you first.

What actually happens

Three steps, no surprises
Step 01

You pick the time

That calendar is my real one. If a slot is open, it’s open — nobody has to call you back to arrange the call. You leave your name and how to reach you. That is the whole intake.

Step 02

We talk

Bring the thing that isn’t working. I’ll tell you what I’ve watched work and what I’ve watched fail at companies your size. If I’m not the right help, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Step 03

Then you decide

No proposal unless you ask for one. If there’s a next step, we’ll both know it by the end of the call. If there isn’t, you got a straight answer for free.

03

Book it if

An honest filter saves us both the hour

Worth the time

  • You run a company past $5M and growth has stalled.
  • You’re booking a speaker and want to hear how I’d handle your room.
  • You’ve read one of the books and want to talk about applying it.
  • You’re looking at a deal and want a second set of eyes.

Probably not

  • You want to sell me software.
  • You’re recruiting.
  • You need me to sign something before we’ve spoken.
04

Or go straight to it

If you already know what you need

Not ready to talk?
Start with the books.

Two of the three are free. Read one, then book a time if it lands.
